I was charged for a order I did not place. There is no answer or return call after messages were left. You can not reach a live person and the email they list you will get a undeliverable message back. Reported to BBB and fraudulent charge. Update today: I was finally able to reach someone and they reported I would get a full refund. Fingers 🤞

She took the time to find out whatcwas wrong wirh the shipping of my order and reassured me that everything thing was being donecto expedite it. She also gave me an additional refund for my inconvenience.

I ordered a cloud 9 dog bed on 11/11/25 from their website. I have never received the order although my credit card was debited. I have called and called with no answer and have sent an email to the customer service address with no answer. How is this a legitimate company?? MuddyMat contacted me immediately after the above review was published. They then tracked my shipment and noted it was officially lost. They offered me a new bed but i requested a refund. The refund was processed quickly and i have received my money.

Update: I was contacted by Muddy Mat and they have corrected the issue and made things right. I have upgraded my original review from 1 star to 4 stars. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because of the everything that I had to go through to get the issue resolved. I tried to cancel my order the day the order was placed. They didn't respond until 3 days later after the order was processed and told me since the order had been processed it couldn't be cancelled. I have since tried to contact them with other issues by replying to the same email address that we have been communicating through and now all of a sudden the email comes back as undeliverable. Don't bother buying from this company they will rip you off one way or the other.

When i tried to place an order, there was no order review. Just processed the payment and that was it. And the dollar amount charged was incorrect. When i tried to look up the order, a second order was “magically” processed. I tried calling customer service -several times a day for three days. The automated phone response said it was connecting me to customer service. No answer. Just endless ringing. I sent several emails. No response. I don’t think the company is legit. There is no way of making contact. Such a shame. The potential product sounded worthwhile.

I Purchased 2 of the small dog beds for my 2 large cats…and they love them😻😻

Read reviews and most 5stars, When I made my order and put my credit card details in was then bombarded with add ons. When mats arrived when you try and take them out of wrapper it is so hard, so the mat cant be put back in to allow me to send them back. They were to thick, so couldn’t open door and moves about on a wooden floor. I am going to keep for an extra mat for my dogs bed.

Ordering process easy. Product arrived timely. Have ordered mats in the past, and most recently the dog bed. Product well made, easy to maintain. And my pup LOVES her bed! Only negative was neutral colors were sold out for the dog bed.
