We ordered a XL bed for our vizla but…
We ordered a XL bed for our vizla but was disappointed with the size when it arrived. Your bed sizes are some what misleading.

Nice and warm but the sides were not…
Nice and warm but the sides were not well stuffed and kept collapsing. I had to stuff two whole alpaca fleeces in them to make them stand up .

Unexpected
It’s alright. I ordered an XXL and it’s really not big and it’s not as fluffy as I thought; following directions of leaving out for 15 mins. The pillow had a lil odor. Our dog lies on it somewhat. I am happy to have received it since it did take a while.

Great company and with fabulous…
Great company and with fabulous products. My Rottweiler loves her new bed and is it’s very warm and cozy for her.

I have had a very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience with this company. I do agree that the beds are smaller than expected - but they were very responsive and gave us credit for the bed that was too small to apply to a larger bed. Our grandpuppy loves the bed - loved the small one and immediately took to the larger bed! It is not cheap and does not have an odor. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The bed itself gets a 5 star rating
The bed itself gets a 5 star rating. We rescued an 11 year old senior go who had been abused and abandoned as a stray in Stockton. She has had 4 cancer surgeries to remove tumors in the almost 7 years we've had her and she has anxiety and separation anxiety when she is away from my wife. We ordered two beds and thee are now our dog's favorite bed. She calms down sooner and rests longer in her beds than in the other ones we have. Our experience with shipping is another story. The shipper that was used ignored the package for almost two weeks and then sent it to NY instead of NV. From there it took another 2 weeks to get to us. We ordered extra beds due to the weakened hind quarters from surgery #4 and the delay as a big inconvenience.

After I waited 3 weeks for the dog bed…
After I waited 3 weeks for the dog bed - the first night my dog put a hole it in. Not sure if it was there to begin with since the material is hard to tell or if she did it. I paid $66.00 for this - not happy with the sizing! I ordered from the size table from website and not sure I would agree with them. I ordered 9/23 and received 10/13

This company does not even warrant one star
This does not even warrant one star. This is the second time I have had to leave a comment about this company. Previously I had difficultly returning the items I purchased. Eventually, after many emails I was successful.. However having returned the goods I am still waiting for my account to be refunded!!! It is a month now since I posted them back. Return date 15/09/2023
