If I could give you a zero I would. I went to my bank to dispute my order on my credit card do to the fact of not receiving the bed. Nov7 it was in NY on Nov 23 it still in NY. YOU SUCK! I IN COURAGE PEOPKE NOT TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT. You can keep your bed!!!!!

Order #217772 I am absolutely thrilled with the beds I ordered - Small and Xsmall - as is my cat Misty. Once she discovered the small bed in the living room, she climbed in and shes' been in it pretty much all day since. The Xsmall bed is for her little house where she sleeps and the xsmall bed fit inside perfectly. It will keep her snug, comfortable and warm in the cold winter months. Initially I was concerned when I only received one package and it looked quite small. But inside, the beds had been vacuum packed, so I was relieved that both beds had arrived. When I took them out of the outer wrapping the beds were flat as pancakes and this concerned me also. But once they were removed from the vacuum packaging, I pushed the centers down and the edges of the beds fluffed right up and the centers of the bed felt good and thick where my cat lies down. They felt so soft and luxurious to the touch, and very substantial. My cat has no complaints. She doesn't want to leave her bed. I'm so happy that she likes them so much. I was also impressed with how quickly my order arrived. I ordered the light grey small bed and the wine xsmall bed last Wednesday 22 Nov 2023 and they arrived exactly a week later - Today 29 Nov 2023. Great service. I'll be telling everyone I know who has a pet to buy your beds for their pets. Thank you for creating these beds. I've never seen my cat so relaxed. Keep up the good work.

DO NOT PURCHASE: The information provided and photos are professionally done..... We had issues with communication from day one and our item was to be a gift for a sick pet on their way out for comfort purposes. When we opened the packages we were very disappointed. First - We ordered based on Mr. Fluffy Friend's fit guide, 2XXL are barely big enough for the Golden Retriever this was purchased for. Second - The stuffing in these beds is completely inadequate. Aside from the ring that forms the sides of the bed there's no base at all, just a bit of random stuffing in the liner. This is useless, especially for older dogs which is what we purchased it for as he has arthritis and health issues and needs the cushioning. Third - The representation of the bed as being machine washable was one of the key reasons that we ordered it. This is not represented transparently at all as the website does not specifically say that the 'cover' is removable for washing. However, it turns out the covering is NOT removable, but the entire bed is washable. The larger beds are way too big for most washing machines, so the instructions say simply to 'hand wash'. Are you KIDDING me? Bottom line is that these beds are marketed as as a premium product which is not what they are. They are cheaply made and are a complete disappointment. Save your money and don't believe the hype.... We will be seeking to return it the day we received it for a full refund... Truly disgusting that they then ask you to pay to ship it back, guess they know it deters some people.....

The bed arrived. Well packaged, opened it up looks and feels good. The problem is it is too lightly stuffed and the wall of the bed is not even 25% full. The bottom is too thin. All the advertising says it’s overstuffed and would be super comfortable, but I don’t agree. Highly overpriced, and the product is not as described.

UPDATE, 29NOV2023: Received an email from Mr. Fluffy Friend with a return form. The form states I must return the beds at my expense using a 'track and trace' carrier. They must be received in the original packaging (which was filthy dirty plastic shrink wrap, not packaging) within 30 days of receipt, and the only depot to ship them back to is in CHINA! Clearly the cost to ship is more than the product is worth, so the company offered me an insulting refund of 15% to just keep the beds, which I am clearly disputing. These guys are scammers - don't do business with them!

I have 3 German shepherd’s and orders two of these. It seems great and the dogs love it! We will definitely see how durable it is in the time to come. I ordered two on the same order and have only received one so far. I ordered 4 weeks ago. I dinged my fluffy friend for one reason so far, their shipping. They shipped it and I had a lable a couple day later but I still have not received one bed and I only received the one a couple of days ago. The shipping company they use is absolutely horrible. The bed I am waiting to recieve left their shipping depot for USPS 6 times and USPS never received it. They vacuum seal the beds and ship them. So far, a great product but am hesitant to buy again due to horrible shipping.

If you've been drawn in by the wall to wall advertising online, resist! Your dog does not need this rubbish bed. It arrived shrink wrapped and compressed. When expanded it was far smaller than envisaged and felt cheap. If it costs £1 to make in China I would be surprised. My medium dog couldn't even fit in the medium bed without hanging over the edges. After less than a month it has a hole in it and the cotton wool ball stuffing is falling out. Cheap goods with a large advertising budget. I've asked for a refund but I'm just going to put it in the bin and will remember not to fall for this type of advertising again. Be warned...
