Great experience
Great experience. Advised that there would be a slight delay in delivery and the reason. Item turned up well packaged and it the right colour and size and the puppy loves it.

Frustration continues!!!!!
Once I submitted my previous review I received this message " Hi Mark, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand the frustration and appreciate your feedback. Your satisfaction is our priority. Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™" Well so far, a day later I have not received an email. The advertising is not accurate as to size and the Return policy is a sham!!!!!!!

Haven’t received dog bed yet
I ordered this pet bed 11/5/23 and I have not received it yet. It is now 11/28/23. I told them to refund my money that I didn’t want it after it taking this long. I could have bought another bed at the store instead of waiting on you people. This is absolutely unacceptable! Just refund my money! I didn’t get the bed as of yet and I don’t want it now.

Hundekörbchen bestellt, bis es geliefert wurde, ist mein Hund verstorben. Direkt Antrag auf Rücksendung gestellt. Mail erhalten, dass sie mir 15 % Rabatt zusichern, sofern ich es nicht zurücksende und behalte. Päckchen wieget 2078g, Versand nach China DHL 45,99 €. Sehr ärgerlich, auf der Website ist nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Firma in China handelt. Hatte schon einmal Erfahrungen mit einem Umtausch in China und wollte dort nicht mehr bestellen.

My boxers are enjoying their new bed so…
My boxers are enjoying their new bed so much I ordered another bed :) I ordered size XXL, the bed fits one boxer comfortably, two boxers, is a little snug. I had no issues with the packaging or delivery.
