Great bed
The friendly customer service, and helpful information provided by this company was very good. My dog gets very anxious during storms and when there are loud noises, so we bought her the large anxiety bed. While this bed makes no difference at all to her during the times of stress, she loves the bed and is content to snuggle into the softness for her naps.

Je vois tous ces commentaires négatifs…
Je vois tous ces commentaires négatifs et là je commence à avoir peur.... J'ai bien peur d'avoir perdu 63 euros. J'ai commandé un coussin il y a 16 jours, encaissé au bout d'une semaine et toujours rien reçu !!!! Mail envoyé, soit disant disponible en non stop, et bien aucune réponse !!! Une honte en ces temps si durs !!! L'entreprise se dit pour le bien être animal, mon œil ! Je vais entamer des procédures, je connais le milieu, je veux être rembourser !!!!

The sizing is completely off the beds…
The sizing is completely off the beds smaller than you expect and do fit the bread they say they are for. In order to do a return you have to go through an arduous amount of emails where they offer you to keep the to small bed they sent and you can have discount if you order an other bed . I did not want this and it took more emails until I eventually got a return label. Now I just have to pay to return the bed to China !!!!!! Not at all happy about the situation. I would suggest go to another company or order a more expensive bigger bed than you need. This has not been a positive experience for me.

My beautiful girls
Almost 4 months ago we lost my spouse and when he retired we got him a labradoodle puppy named Piper she bonded with him instantly didnt much care for me but we also have a maltipoo mamed Honey. This new bed gives us somewhere for her to snuggle and become closer to me. However little Honey steals her lovely dog bed daily its ridiculous that tiny dog in the big bed. Our pets are precious angels as we get threw this together.

One for our girls and one for a friend
I originally ordered a grey XXL bed, but decided later that I wanted a red one, so I sent the grey bed to a friend in Colorado who has a wonderful Lab service dog and Miss Gracie simply loves it. Our red bed sits by the glass front door so our two miniature Schnauzers can watch the goings on outside while lounging in the Mr. Fluffy bed. They end up falling asleep if it's quiet and no squirrels disturb their rest. The girls love it and have put several of their toys in the bed with them. Thank you for such a fun and restful place for our girls, Abby and Maggie thank you too.

Dreadful product
Dreadful product and when you try to return the postal address is in China. So, to get a refund you have to pay £21-30 postage! Outrageous. Edited to add response to the company: I received partial refund not a full refund. Rubbish product and rubbish customer service.
