This bed is a joke
This bed is a joke. I ordered 2 XL beds for my dogs. I was expecting a large fluffy bed. What I got was basically a furry blanket. There is hardly any stuffing and no support for an arthritic dog. My dog is basically laying in the floor. It took several weeks to get here. I contacted customer service to return but have not heard anything back. Scam indeed!

Terrible delivery and service
Terrible delivery and service. The same old emails ignoring my requests to just cancel the order. Avoid and shop at your local pet store if you can.

Cosy
Bought this for a Christmas present for my daughters 2 girls (we call them the girls or sisters 2 fab dogs). They are always wrapped around each other so I thought this was was a great 🎁 Omg it is beyond what I thought exactly as it is in the picture so cosy so beautifully sofa, of course we all tried it out as well 😄 I ordered an XL size as the 2 girls are a good size ,one is a boxer Sadie girl & the other XL Bully Renia (no judging on the XL Bully thank you ,it's the way your rare them) The girls just loving the feel off it they are so chillout. Wish I could add a picture won't let me.

Dog bed not received
I placed my order on 17th November and have not received the dog bed. The tracking number is not recognised either which is suspicious. I have asked for a full refund and hopefully I will receive that soon. My advice would be not to purchase from this company!

My cavoodle does not like the bed I…
My cavoodle does not like the bed I tried many different ways for her to use it but would not sleep on it at night. Prefers to sleep on the couch. I considering returning for a refund .
