Dogs are very happy with purchase
Happy with my purchase. Arrived reasonably fast in pre-Christmas busy times. Well packaged, surprisingly small package to be honest. My doggies loving it from start. I would have small advice for potential buyers : Please make sure, that you'll buy bed in your dogs favourite color, or very close to it. Don't buy color that you do like !

Disappointed

Color and description online is deceptive
The dog bed took an extremely long time to arrive. Upon arrival, I excitedly opened up the package only to find that the white bed I ordered (and it looked pure white in photos online) was in fact an ugly yellow tint. I hate it. It looks awful with our decor. Very disappointed. I should have gone with gray.

The pillows are so cozy the hole family loves it. It took a month to arrive but I did order it for Christmas so it is understandable. I am going to order the XXL since the XL is only big enough for one dog. I did not pay close enough attention to the sizing.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 26, 2023
Thank you for your kind words about our cozy pillows, Vanessa! We're thrilled to hear that the whole family loves them. We apologize for the delay in delivery, especially considering the holiday season. Your feedback on sizing is noted, and we recommend the XXL for a more spacious experience for your furry friends. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again. Best regards, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Bed arrived from China with a hole in it. I asked for a refund. Was told I had to return the item to china which was £47 - I am obviously not doing this. So far I’ve been offered 30% refund which is not what I require. I have also asked for details of their expert “Jeannine” but have been told these details are not available. I am taking them to trading standards DO NOT BUY - very disappointing quality - and the 100% money back is Only if you will pay for it to be returned to China!!
