Misleading 30 day refund policy
They tell you they offer a 30 day satisfaction refund, however they fail to tell you that you have to ship the return to China which will cost you more than the cost of the product. So basically no refund of your overpriced product. Customer service just gives you the run around.

Ordered a XXL Mr Fluffy basket for our…
Ordered a XXL Mr Fluffy basket for our Spaniels and was immediately told by our Cocker Spaniel, Jasper Rascal that it was his. He now feels safe and sleeps in it at night no longer scared of the wind or other noises……until Mollie Hooligan tried to steal it from Jasper Rascal - we loved this product so much that we ordered a second bed. The spaniels love them and feel safe and relax really good in them no longer jumping up on the bed at night - it clearly is a wrap around safe snuggly bed for them which they both love 🐾🐾🐾🐾 Thank you Fluffy Family xx

The service was great and both ollie…
The service was great and both ollie and Hugo loves there bed Hugo is a 5 month cooker spaniel who is very nervous and struggles in his bed goes fast asleep and takes his toys in to play when awake

I can’t believe how this bed works!
I can’t believe how this bed works! We have an adorable collie with so much energy, please don’t get me wrong Zeus is so intelligent he runs circles around us. The problem was he found it hard to relax until we bought his bed oh my word he is so different now,Zeus is so relaxed thank you so much you have saved our sanity. Achtung Betrug !!!!
Die Rücksendekosten für das Kissen beträgt 48,95 €, da das Kissen nicht in Vakuum verpackt werden kann. Mich hat das Kissen 86 € gekostet. Bitte Vorsicht !!!!! Betrug auf ganzer Linie !!!!

Déception
Je rejoins les avis mitigés des autres clients. Après une commande passée le 6 décembre, 2 mails avec mon numéro de commande et aucune réponse même dans les spams je me pose des questions sur la fiabilité du site. J'espère encore recevoir les 2 coussins commandés mais certainement pas avant Noël 😒.

Product is great
Product is great. Dogs loved it and snuggled up on it immediately. One of my dogs tried to tear it up and made a hole in it. I was able to sew it back. The bed was smaller than I expected so I would suggest you size up. Did take a month for delivery so if you are not in a rush it’s fine.
