Cowboys. Stated 2 day guaranteed delivery, then contacted us to state up to 21 days. No good for us so asked to cancel, they received the cancellation but still chose to send. Now we have to send back to China at a cost of £30 -£45. Give this outfit a big swerve.

No response to ALL my emails
No response to ALL my emails. No product received. Ordered 12/8 for Christmas. I wish I had read reviews. Didn’t know it comes from China and can’t be returned. Where they get you is to give you back 15% of your order so you don’t have to pay to send back. Also read quality is bad. Been asking for cancellation since the 10th of December but I’m being ignored!!! SCAM!

No issues...Happy dogs!
I have ordered 4 beds over the last 2 years and my dogs absolutely love them. I recently ordered 2 XXL beds and they arrived as ordered and my dogs immediately snuggled in for a nice nap! Not sure what to make of all the negative reviews...I have had no issues whatsoever...

Disappointed
I’m not sure where to start my beautiful four year old labrador will not go in the bed. She doesn’t like it at all. I thought this would be the greatest thing ever for her but she won’t go in it. I hope I can return it. It’s beautiful, but it’s not quite as thick and cushioned. I thought it would be a little sturdier. I’ll be waiting to hear from the company to see if they can help me with this issue. Merry Christmas.

Love at First Sight
Of our four beloved dogs, Paloma is my protective favorite. She is eight years old, 3.75 lbs. and hydrocephaletic. She has a fear of people and will dare to approach me for a petting. I go out of my way to make her comfortable, and when I saw a Mrfluffy ad, I immediately ordered the tiniest in this lovely blue shade. For her, it was love at first sight. She curls up in it most of the day, and I put it in her crate at bedtime. She loves it.
