Edit: I'm still gonna keep my previous review but I was able to get a 15% refund. The customer support was alright, you get the option to get a 15% refund, 30% off a larger bed or to return them but have to pay for return expenses. To anyone looking at these beds please check the sizing properly, the extra large won't fit your 30 kilo dog or above. Anything smaller is fine. Honestly the bed isn't necessarily bad, they are pretty good quality. I however was extremely disappointed with the fact that the size I'd so incredibly small! I spent $209.52 on TWO EXTRA LARGE beds! They both look around medium-sized and would probably fit a corgie or a dog around the size of a corgie. I have a 30 kilo staffie and she barely fits, she mostly hangs off the edge. She enjoys the feeling of the bed and likes it but can only fit so much of herself on their, she's half on half off. Which is really unfortunate and disappointing as I was super excited to upgrade her bed to a nicer one since I had the money. The ads I had also seen never said anything about sizing and I just assumed, so I am also partly to blame but I can't be the only one who sees extra large and thinks pretty bloody big. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
