Also, after correcting my address with you twice, you still sent my order to former adress! In addition, your dog beg is innorinatley thin and myvdog hates it! I will never buy anything from you again!!

Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™

Becomes lumpy when washed
Wonderful bed - until it’s washed. Been washed three times since buying but the filling became lumpy after the first. Just cross as these are not cheap.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™May 26, 2024
Thank you for your feedback, Heather. We're sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced with the bed after washing it. We understand your frustration, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. As the purchase was made last year, it's unfortunately past our 30-day return policy. However, we value your feedback and will use it to improve our products in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Best regards, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™

Smart Looking
I've bought a few things for my pets from Mr Fluffy Friend and I've been very pleased. The harnesses took a wlhile to come and are fairly stiff so not too comfortable for my wee ones to wear. They will become more flexible with use, I'm sure. They look nice. I didn't want a name but found that I couldn't find where to say that on the web site. It's very difficult to comment about Mr fluffy friend online so I'll say what I want here. I bought a new bed mat which h was supposed to be cal.ing. it is quite hard and my dogs dont like it. I looked to comment on the website but couldn't find any way to contact the suppliers. Perhaps I'm not finding the correct link. The bedmat is hard and inflexible, not like the lovely circular calming dog beds. It's now far too late to send thd beds ba k so I'm resigned to sleeping them.

Hi Mrs. Wishart, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you've been pleased with your purchases overall. We apologize if the harnesses took longer to arrive than expected and if they are currently stiff for your pets. With time and use, they should become more flexible and comfortable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the difficulty in indicating that you didn't want a name on the website. We'll take this into consideration to improve the user experience for future customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™

My dogs love their MyFluffyFriend beds
Hello! I bought two MyFluffyFriend beds and a blanket. The dogs, a puppy Dachshund and a grown Boston Terrier just love their beds. The puppy also got the blanket so she can do what Dachshuds like best, bury herself in it to the point of invisibility. I have read all the negative comments and I am sorry people feel so angry and out of control. The beds I bought were wonderful. Once in it, my dogs relax completely. I can recommend these beds.
