I ordered a 50cm grey cat bed and when it arrived, it resembled nothing like in the picture. It arrived in a vacuum bag, so was considerable flatter, but this was packaged in a black bin bag with a Chines label on the inside - no packing info, no branding, nothing. When I popped a small hole in the vacuum bag, as expected it expanded a little, but only to about 4 inches thick. Put a cat on that and it will never support its weight and provide the comfort that they claim. This product was supposed to be about 12 inches thick. I was also under the impression that this was a legitimate Western company selling high quality pet bedding. How wrong I was. This is essentially a Chinese reseller duping the public into forking out vast amounts of money that can be purchased on Alibaba.com. Mrfluffyfriend drops 60% off its " retail " price to bring a bed down to £32. But think about this.... You can buy the same bed for $3.20 on alibaba.com and not feel like you've been mugged. As per their claims, they offer a 30 day money back refund. So I exercised my statutory rights ( UK consumer law ). I was met with an email offering 15% discount and told it was their policy that I pay for return postage. ( Under UK consumer law, we have the same rights to return a product and have the seller pay for return postage, as though we had purchased it in person or from a UK company, our consumer law includes the same rights to a refund + the seller paying for return postage regardless of where the seller or company are based for ALL online purchases ). I received another email back stating that they'd offer me 30% off and I could keep the product but it was their company " Policy " that the buyer pays the postage. HELL NO. YOU the seller pays the postage. Regardless of what policy they have, policy does NOT over rule UK consumer law. I also, as per scam-detector.com website ) , they score 8.6/100 - this very low score is tantamount to a SCAM. I do not expect to hear from them again, so I decided to share this experience with you to help stop these thieves from stealing your money and selling you cheap and nasty mass produced rubbish. If you want your money back then do this. For those who do not know this ( this works in the UK, most probably in the EU and most probably in any western country ) - Provided that you have attempted to get this resolved and you have a paper-trail ( such as an email chain ), approach your bank, tell them that you've been ripped off by an online seller and tell them you want to do a chargeback ( Visa and mastercard do this with debitcard payments ). You bank will give you an email address and you must forward your email chain direct to them - this is evidence. the banks will reimburse you and then chase up your debitcard company to pay the bank back. You can also do similar on ALL creditcards. Do not let these thieves ruin your Christmas. I also recommend unsubscribing from their mailing list and every time you see their adverts, block and report that advert to the likes of Youtube, msn etc AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
