Lucky loves it!
Lucky loves his Mr. Fluffy bed. Yes, upon delivery it is vacuumed sealed, but instructions included tell the human how to fluff it up. No problems for this dog dad.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 23, 2025
Hi Sean, We love hearing this—Lucky has great taste! 🐶💙 Thanks for pointing out the vacuum-sealed delivery and fluffing instructions. We’re so glad everything worked smoothly for you.

The bed came when it was suppose…
The bed came when it was suppose to...My initial concern was that they sent the wrong bed because the package looked too small. But on unpacking the bed it just fluffed up and both I and my little angel love it.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Linda! We’re happy to hear the bed fluffed up perfectly and that both you and your little angel love it 🐾🩵 Enjoy all the cozy moments ahead!

Would not recommend this bed or deal with this company.
I purchased a bed on Nov. 24, for my X-large dog. I was very specific with the company about his size and weight. I was told I had 30 days to return the bed if it didn't work, that there's 24/7 support and it would ship next day. It arrived Dec.9th. Prior to opening it, I reached out to the company to reiterate the size of my dog and review the return policy. I questioned the discrepancy of the return policy info I was given via email from what I found on the website...no dog hair, no dog odor, clean and in original packaging (4 layers of shrink wrap). I got no response. I sent multiple emails with some getting no response and others taking days. I was offered a 15% refund after having the bed only 10 Days.

Hi Maria, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. Please note that we always respond to customer emails; if you didn’t see a reply in your inbox, we kindly ask that you also check your spam or junk folders, as our messages can occasionally end up there. Regarding the bed’s appearance, our products are vacuum-packed for efficient and safe shipping. Once unpacked, they do need some time to air out and be fluffed so they can return to their full shape and size. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we’ll continue using it to improve both our communication and customer experience.

A Winning Experience
MrFluffy is a well-made bed and so soft. Two of my dogs race to see who gets to the bed first. The loser sleeps with us.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 23, 2025
Hi Sue, This made us smile! 😊 We love that your dogs race for the bed—sounds like a true winner. Thank you for your kind words and support! 🤍🩵

Customer service responds very quickly…
Customer service responds very quickly on emails and assists accordingly. JC is the BEST. Completely satisfied with all products ordered. Once I received the first order (dog pillow), thereafter I ordered two cat pillows and three pet blankets due to the quality of all products. Our pets completely love them.
