FINALLY! A program that has all the steps and actually works
Just by chance I found this program through Instagram. I loved their videos. Lots of good info and they are funny and bomb. But didn't expect anything different from all the other 1000's of people in the healing area - chiros, PTs, trainers, fascia workers. I've seen them all and got some great tips and education and temporary improvements. But I gave up thinking I was going to find something that was -personalize, comprehensive, step by step, cutting edge, with life long sustainability that addressed my whole body. THANK FREAKING GOD for these guys. Dr. Mike says he thinks they cracked the code and I believe they really did. Even with all that I already knew they raised the bar. The people who sign up for their program are already super savvy. This takes it to the next level. Highly highly highly recommend.
