Arrogant doctor, I simply asked his I’m Assuming social media monitor is probably female, cause she got very upset when When I asked about just paying the doctor instead of using the subscription for two months, she said we’re not for you and that’s when I felt it was female and she had attitude. I’m like I didn’t ask that I asked if I could do that and possibly email the doctor with my question he replies back arrogantly telling me stay away from his team, etc., which is laughable, but to be the owner of a company and to have that little regard for customer service you and your social media monitor person yeah I would never trust his opinion. He does seem arrogant in his videos too. He’s just very loud and obnoxious so I’m glad I didn’t go through with it, especially after looking at such bad reviews.

Hi there, we don't have you in our membership so we are very confused by your short, one star review. We never hide the fact that our membership takes time and effort, like many good things do. If someone is not willing to put in the work, this is not for them. Guess it isn't for you as you didn't even join. Seems a little unfair to review something you never tried doesn't it? We are likewise, not impressed.

Not sure (I wasn't but now I am)
I have mixed feelings about MoveU, the theory is great and there is plenty of detailed videos. My main issues, firstly there is no support unless you're happy to sell your soul (and more importantly, your personal information) to Facebook where you can get support from "the community". You're spending a fair amount of money on membership, so support really shouldn't need to be provided by fellow users. It also shouldn't require signing up to a third party service that many people have quite strong (and negative) feelings about.
The layout doesn't seem particularly user friendly and it isn't especially intuitive for finding specific content quickly. Whilst the videos are very detailed, it would have been useful to have summary video options for a quick reminder instead of having to rewatch longer videos each time.
My other issue, the fact that so far, the exercises are actually causing problems rather than fixing anything. When I started, I had a sore shoulder, a month in and that shoulder is worse,, the other one is having problems and my back is now aching, despite never having had back problems in my life. Now it's quite possible it's sheer coincidence, it could be one of those things, it could be that I'm doing something wrong or it could be that the exercises aren't right for me. But because I won't use Faceboook, I have no way of finding out, although, again, it's really not something that other members should be having to provide help with.
If you're more active than I am and happy to use Facebook, this might be a good program for you. But for me it seems as though it's going to end up at best being a waste of money, at worst leaving me more damaged than I was when I started. So not a membership I will likely be renewing.
EDIT
In relation to the reply from MoveU, from what I can see, the Zoom events are just that, events with multiple people in attendance and with a specific purpose, so not really an avenue to get support or feedback on a completely unrelated topic. So again, not really very helpful.
I have now completely given up with the MoveU program and the additional issues the program was causing or exacerbating are easing and settling down.
With giving up on the starting program I had a little look around at the other content and, frankly, I just can't. The newer instructors all seem to have the levels of deranged enthusiasm that can only be rivaled by psychopaths and children's TV presenters.
I'm assuming they are more used to working in group settings for activities like Zumba and aerobics where the over abundance of congratulations might be warranted.. However in something that is supposed to be gentle movement, more along the lines of yoga or pilates, it seems completely out of place. Not to mention on a pre-recorded video, "Well Done!" and "You're doing so well!" become completely meaningless when you're just viewing ahead and are actually sat in a comfy chair in your bunny slippers eating a muffin.
All of which means, I am now dropping my three-star "I'm not sure" review down to a one-star, "I wish I hadn't wasted my money, if you really want to try, only take the single month to try it out" review.

Hi Mark, we are sorry to hear you are not getting the most from the program. We absolutely recognize that FB is not for all and we provide 2-4 zoom sessions per month in order to help our members succeed. You made a reference to the Zoom calls, but we have not seen you take advantage of them. The coaches regularly stay on calls for 30-60 minutes after to answer any questions and to check movements if requested.
The exercises in our programs are very gentle and meant to alleviate, not exacerbate issues. The fitness course is meant to be an extra benefit to our courses, but should not at all be mistaken for our courses. They are a tool for those who have gone through our courses with body awareness and wish to stay fit while getting back to the basics in their movement patterns.
Our coaches provide valuable and detailed feedback to confirm that the movements are being done with attention to details. If you are not willing to join FB, we ask that you make time to attend our Zoom events so that we can help guide your progress. We put many supports in place in order to ensure success, but we can only provide that guidance through interaction with our coaches and Dr. Mike. We'd love to help!

Hey there, we are sorry you feel that way. Our system tells us you were only in the Membership for one month and tried just 25% of one of our courses. We offer a Total Body Program along with Pelvic Floor, Low Back & Core, Hip and Fitness courses. We recognize the amount of information we provide can be a bit overwhelming. It takes many years to create imbalances in the body and it can take many months to address them. We provide our members with many options. One month is simply not enough to explore our courses, gain body awareness and implement our systems. We offer many supports to help people get the most out of our Membership and are disappointed when MUvers don't take advantage of all we offer. Again, we are sorry to hear of your experience, but find your one star review quite unfair given the lack of time and effort you were willing to put forth.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your bit of feedback; upon signing up for the MoveU Program, members agree to our terms and conditions which state that monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Unfortunately, you canceled after being billed. Therefore, we recommend you use the full month to access the program and learn more of what MoveU has to offer! There are tons of videos and opportunities to engage with our online Facebook community to learn even more about the body and how to improve your current movement situation! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you'd like to know more ways to get involved with the MoveU community, or if you'd like other resources to not let your full month of access go to waste! :)
Sincerely,
MoveU Support

Just say you guys are selling workout classes rather than swindling users on your social platform and website through marketing funnels.
You are knowledgeable and respected therapist I know you can do better

Hey Mark,
We believe you have missed many items in our program. We DO offer workout classes and SO. MUCH. MORE. We took the liberty of checking in on your progress. Out of the 9 different offerings--Low Back & Core Program, Hip Program, Total Body Phase 1, Total Body Phase 2, Fix Yo Mindset Program, Pelvic Health Program, Symptom Relief Program, Move U Fitness, and Live Classes and Coaching Calls found on your dashboard, you only explored the Fitness section. We see you went through 60% of the classes. We aren't sure how you missed the programs, but our back end system shows that you explored 0% of them across the board. We are following up with an email, but we have EXTENSIVE offerings in our program and we'd love to help you explore the them in detail. Please reply to [email protected] for assistance and join our private Facebook groups for additional support. Please consider revisiting this review once you have been able to properly explore the plethora of information available to you. Thank you.

Very basic
Very basic. Pretty useless unless you are a complete beginner.
Response from MoveUFeb 23, 2021
Hi Jackson, we'd love more insight into this review. We have personal trainers, PTs, OTs and Chiros who have found our content invaluable. Can you tell us a bit more about what you found basic? We see you only explored 43% of one of our programs and none of our other offerings. Perhaps you found that initial sampling basic relative to your personal knowledge, but there is SO much more to explore. We do like to make our content accessible for all so we start with the foundations, but we build up to many advanced concepts.
