App and adjustments
I think if you made an app, it would be better and easier for patients to access the program. Also, many people come into this program for knee, lower back and shoulder issues however, there might be some people that have elbow or wrist pain. It’s difficult to maneuver this course when you have pain here because many of the exercises depend you to be on your hands and apply weight/force through it. So knowing some tweeks or alternatives would be helpful I think. Besides that, I it’s a fantastic program!

Hey Amir! Thank you so much for the review. We are in the process of developing an app for the program. If you have enrolled for elbow or wrist pain, we ask you to please consider how the entire body works together. Issues at these areas often start with having trouble controlling the shoulder blades in a good position, where the muscles & joints down the arm then take more stress. The exercises that you will practice in the program are geared towards helping you improve this and also strengthen the other areas of your body that may affect your shoulder position. If you have any questions about how you can modify the exercises, make sure that you are getting into the Facebook group and asking questions about this. There are so many other members who have been able to modify these exercises and learn to hold themselves in a better position that does not bother their wrist or elbow. Keep MUvin!
