I enroll MoveU one month ago and I already know that this is one of my best decision that I made in my life. Maybe the best. I enroled program to improve my posture and already can tell the difference in my daily life. I take care way more about how im moving and standing. I have a privilege to get to know people all around the world throught Facebook comunity and help them with their movements and be part of their juney toward better life. It’s the best program on the market to help guide you to a pain free life. The staff is very helpful in your journey. I’m almost 2 months in and seeing results.

Amazing! I have been questioning how the body works for a long time, and they are the first to provide the answers. They have created a welcoming environment to take control of your life and body by educating you why these movements are important and provide you tools to apply the principles. PT’s will offer similar exercises but you will not learn the principles of why they help you recover, so just doing the movement without the knowledge isn’t as powerful and you are more likely to stop the PTs exercises.. Chiro will just give you a quick fix, also without long term results. Muscles move bones, so if you don’t change or strengthen the muscles, the adjustment will rubberband back into the dysfunctional place. And let’s not even get into pharma. These guys are the real deal, offering support along each step of the way. I recommend this program to literally everyone! Even those not in pain!
