The workshop exceeded my expectations. Mike, Andrew and the whole Move U team were informative, professional, hands on and super funny. The exercises were practical and were able to be done by everyone no matter their level of fitness or knowledge. I had a great time and will remember the skills I learned for a lifetime.

So, so knowledgeable and transparent! I love they are upfront about the changes your body can make over time. Not a quick fix, but an intelligent fix.

I cry happy tears everytime I tell my story of the troubles I had after breaking my back in an accident to now deadlifting in the gym again after just a few short months in the program. I like the holistic approach of this programme. It is challenging both physically and mentally but I am already feeling the physical benefits after six weeks on the programme. I love the Facebook group the support and inspiration it provides is truly life changing.

This program is legit. Very satisfied and honestly surprised how great it is. I started with just following moveU on Instagram then took the dive and bought the program a few months later. Don’t let the sometimes goofy nature of moveU’s social media posts fool you. This is a serious and legit program. It works! Fix yo sh!t!

Excellent! Well put together, high quality. Complicated stuff made simple. Its all there for you, you just have to do the work!! If it does not work...my guess is you did not do the work!!
