I’ve been in the Personal Training/Fitness/Nutrition industry for almost a decade now and have accumulated many credentials over this time. I cannot begin to tell you how AMAZING the MoveU approach, delivery, and mindset is. I’ve learned more in the first 4 modules of this program than I did in the entire 7 relevant certifications and have made so many adjustments that have been a game changer in my performance, posture and overall wellbeing. You’re doing yourself a disservice by NOT doing this program no matter how experienced you are. Leave the ego at the door and get ready for a seriously life changing approach that will flow well beyond the movements but into your mindset and approach to life. A solid 12 out of 5 stars!

Already in the first month im able to stand from sitting position with no pain. The program has also revealed to me i have a lot of emotional trauma associated with chronic pain and injury. Im workin on it and fixing all my sh.

I have been a competitive weightlifter for the past 11 years and certified yoga teacher for the last 5. I am 52 years old and find this program to be the best I have come across in those years. The instruction is in line with my own learning and the teaching is funny and insightful and just plain makes sense. I am extremely happy with the content and the ability to learn so much about my body and how to help others.

Program is well built and easy to follow. It is designed to help you understand what are the potential causes of your physical issues and how to address them. The videos provide all the details and information you need. There is also a good community support from MoveU staff and other users. Honestly never seen a program so complete. A phone/tablet app version would be appreciated to have the videos on the go when internet connection is not possible.

Great program; good follow up

The program is very educational and you'll learn a lot. Don't expect to sign up and do 1 workout per day and live pain free. You likely need to completely change your lifestyle to make serious progress. Also expect to feel immense frustration when you first start learning the movements. Will get 5 stars when there is an app (I think it's on the way) and no facebook groups.

I have been following MoveU on social media for over a year. I have had back issues for most of my life and have always been very active, occasionally sidelined due to aggravating my back. MoveU has offered simple, practical and easy to follow exercises and lifestyle changes that have helped me strengthen muscles that have decreased my flare ups I experience. Plus, I love how they deliver their information! Give them a try, you will be amazed. Better yet, attend one of their workshops, it was the most informative seminar I have attended!

Fed up with pain, and the cycle of seeing lots of different practitioners with only temporary improvements? MoveU is the solution to get out of that rut. The team provides a path to help you figure out how to fix your own body. It's work but so worth it to get your life back. I can't say enough good things about the program and the community.
