The support was fantastic. Eugene White from MotoPress helped me with the plugin and the theme recommendations so I could build up my needed functionalities for the website and he helped me with the right answers for my every question. The support also provided refund, because I bought the wrong software first. Great support!

Please do yourself a favour and find another hotel booking plugin. You will definitely need to be buy more plugins as they limit all changes and customisations to the plugin by upselling plugins. Their support is outrageous terrible. They don't have trained support staff who understand WordPress, and from that point you are not able to talk to any developers. The second time I have used this plugin as requested by the client, and the more recent use of it has now frustrated the client as well as me, and it has taken so long to get anything close to the brief. I won't be using this product again.

Hello Elliott, Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. I was able to locate the conversation you've had with one of our technical support representatives via online chat. The issue you have faced occurred after pointing your name servers to another domain, so basically no plugin developer was required to assist with the issue. As I can see our support agent requested an access to the live website to check the issue, however it was not provided and you left the chat, unfortunately. We did not have your contact details, so I kindly ask that you submit your request to our Help Desk at: https://support.motopress.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , so we assist you with the issue. As for the plugin functionality, all the features and functions advertised on the product page are provided within default plugin functionality, no extra plugins are required. We do have addons for the main plugin, however they are used to extend the plugin functionality with more useful features and not to implement default features advertised.

We use the hotel booking Plugin for almost two years and it provides us with a very nice website with a lot of possibilities (booking process automation, reviews, customization, reports etc). Just recently we encoutered a problem and the support was perfect.
