I downloaded a MotoPress plugin noting that it came with a full money back 30 day guarantee. After downloading and reading the documentation I found that it did not have the functionality I needed and requested a refund within 24-hr from my purchase. MotoPress denied the refund stating that since I downloaded the content the policy was voided. I find this to be a malicious sales tactic, because how does a customer know whether a product fulfills their needs unless they try it? Isn’t a return policy intended for cases when a customers needs are not met? MotoPress can keep the $99 but I want to make sure future potential customers are aware of MotoPress’s malicious sales practices. Don’t trust their return policy - it’s a gimmick and they will deny refunds any way they can.

I am using Hotel Booking Lite. I have so far done a couple settings. when I click on book button am directed to a selected room that displays the Details, Availability calendar and Reservation Form. when I choose my dates from the form the button that is displayed is check availability when I click the button the page reloads and nothing happens. is it not suppose to take me to a payment page? and so Andre was there to save the day immediately. I never waited for emails or some days. right there via chat problem solved
