Customer service was helpful. They answered all my questions relatively quickly. It's true that I didn't get a solution to my trial problem, because time blocking doesn't work well for me. Maybe I'm in the minority, and that's fine with the majority. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. Everything was fine with the intention to help.

Had a really great experience dealing with the support team at MotoPress. They do know what they are doing and have no issues on helping you out. Themes and plugins work flawlessly. First time that I use their products and I’m impressed on how easy and quick it is to set things up and get them to work for you. So if you’re thinking in using MotoPress products, on my recommendation, please do not hesitate, you’re in good hands.

Helpdesk is very good - they prompt on all issues and help very quickly. The only negative I encountered was inaccuracies in product descriptions. In fact, I did not need a paid plugin in addition to the theme, but technical support did not focus on this for me.
