My credit card was being charged but I had no way of accessing my account or the email address associated with the account. I wanted to cancel the subscription as I don't use the product/service. After multiple attempts to resolve with online chat/support, Andre Flores was able to find the account using my credit card number and cancel the subscription. Thank you Andre!

I first asked the questions on chat as I already had woo commerce wordpress plugin directly from wordpress which does square checkout merchant. I was told I didnt need to buy the extra addon . Seems there sales misunderstood the question. No offer of a gesture of goodwill or anything. I also had issues installing the script, had an error on a few of the plugins, support took days
