While updating a WordPress website that was built using various MotoPress Hotel Booking plugins, my experience with the MotoPress team and their Extended Support package was invaluable! The updates and testing involved quite a few technical steps, particularly around Stripe payments (which I had never touched before) and making sure everything was working correctly after the updates. Andre's guidance helped me work through the various stages and gave me the confidence to move forward with the updates and testing. As someone managing the website but with limited technical knowledge, I honestly don't think I would have made it through the process without their support. Being able to get help from someone with the right technical knowledge made a real difference, especially when it came to testing the payment process end to end. The help and patience shown throughout, was superb and I'd highly recommend the MotoPress Extended Support package to anyone who needs extra guidance with a more involved update or technical issue.

We recently added another website to our portfolio running the Hotel Booking plugin. We required some changes to be made to the way certain items were displayed. For each instance of change MotoPress support were able to very quickly help us with a simple method to make these changes. We were also able to identify other methods from their extensive help section on their website. We have found their customer service to be excellent and they have always found us a solution.
