MoroccanoilReviews of moroccanoil.com

Customer service appauling. Can’t get hold of anyone in customer service no UK phone number no UK customer service! No option to have your parcel delivered to a safe place so will never receive my parcel as I have a job and work. Won’t order from them again, too much hassle. See how long it takes for a refund now

I am really disappointed! I love the product and makes my hair feel amazing. But I placed an order for 2 x shampoos and 2x conditioners. Cost me £80! When it was delivered there was only 1 of each. I emailed, waited a week and no reply. Emailed a second time. Still have not had a reply. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I haven’t had a replacement or my money back. Will not be ordering direct again. Will find somewhere else!

I ordered on line and got my products within 7 days; no issues for me (thankfully) and love the products

I contacted Moroccanoil customer service as my very expensive volumizing mousse would not come out of the dispenser. My query was ignored and I was asked for lots of information I no longer have. Total waste of money.

Severe reaction Hi all, if I could give this company a zero I certainly would. I have been a loyal customer for years. I have used most of their products, which let’s face it, are not cheap to buy. I had a severe reaction to their product. My skin under my eyes swelled out and my skin all over my face went red raw especially around my nose and mouth. This happened 4 days ago and my skin is still sore to touch and raw. My eyes are still not back to normal and the skin around my nose and mouth are still raw and horrendous to look at, I don’t know if my skin will ever be the same again. I tried to contact them 3 times and not even a response to my email. I included pictures and pictures of the product I used and nothing. I will never buy any products from this company again and I would be very careful with their products if you use them. You don’t want your skin in the same condition as mine. Please be very careful using any of their products, I know I will never trust them again, especially when they don’t even respond or care about the welfare of their customers. And just to confirm I have no allergies to anything, UNTIL NOW

I placed an order with them in Nov of 2022 but they shipped it to the wrong address. I tried calling but they don't answer their phone. I emailed them and they responded that they would ship out the product. I received it but it was missin the most expensive item. It was a $75 bottle of shampoo. I have had a lot of back and forth with them through email but they refuse to either ship the bottle of shampoo or give me a refund. Now I am letting other people know to not make the same mistake I did. After reading other reviews, I see I am not the only one.

Worst customer service I have ever received! Ordered on 6th November, after receiving confirmation my order was shipped nothing arrived. Contacted them who replied 5 days later with the tracking information (which I already had) and said they were closing my case. I replied to ask why they were closing my case as I’d not received my order; the assured me they were sending a replacement on 5th December…. Still nothing received! They do not care!!!

I placed an order on November 28 and immediately received a confirmation email. On December 11 I have no update on shipping status. I have sent four emails and have not received a single response. Their customer service phone number has a recoding that says to email them and there is no way to speak to anyone live or to leave a message. Awful customer service. I want to cancel my order because I no longer need their products because it took so long and I purchased other items. No one is responding and they don’t care. Every poor review is completely accurate. I am disputing with credit card. Scammers. Be careful.
