The worst order experience. The Moroccanoil line is really good, but their website ordering and customer service really needs work! I ordered a shampoo/conditioner set on September 29th (early in the am) and I am STILL WAITING ON the order SEVEN DAYS later.... I emailed them yesterday and I got the generic "Thank you for contacting Moroccan oil. We’re currently experiencing a higher volume of emails than usual, and our response may take a little longer. Thank you so much for your patience." Worst order/customer service experience ever. ** UPDATE** 10-7-26: Finally got my product, box was damaged, and the smell of their product was clear before opening it. Opened, and saw the conditioner bottle was damaged and had spilled in the bag. WOW! Worst order/customer service experience ever.

They are definitely not accountable on the bad experiences their products cause. Also no transparency on the real ingredients of the products. They can cause reactions to a good number of people.

Wrote to this company 2 weeks ago and just ignored my email. Been using their products for years and a loyal customer. Yet their customer service is disgraceful. Will stop using their company out of principle, if this is how they treat their customers

I have purchased Morrocanoil products before and I usually have no issues .. I bought a product online a few weeks ago and it was delivered in time by DPD .. However my latest experience has been awful . I paid for a Root Boost for my hair on 30th August and was advised usual delivery would be by DPD .. however I then received a message from DPD that it was delayed but should be sorted after 24 hours and I would be sent updates .. Nothing at all from them and after a week eventually tried to contact Morrocanoil Customer Support .I sent 3 emails to them which was a complete waste of time , did a chat on their website but as they are in the USA they were totally uninterested in a UK delivery and said they could’nt track a parcel or give updates .. supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours , no surprises there it didn’t happen .. also will only give refunds for goods that have been delivered and not a non delivery . Now bearing in mind the goods were being sent from the UK you would think there was a UK telephone number , but surprisingly enough there isn’t , even when you email the UK customer support you receive an acknowledgment from the US customer care team !!! I have now found out that for reasons only known to themselves DPD are returning my parcel back to Morrocanoil.. I will wait to see if I get my refund but if not I will be raising a charge back through my Bank .. I will NEVER order from them again .. if I need any products I will buy them from my Hairdresser instead … Between Morrocanoil & DPD I have had enough stress to last a lifetime !!!!! “””update” I received a full refund from Morrocanoil but only after I had proof from the DPD. App that they had it … still would never order online again , too much hassle ..

I spent a considerable amount of money on these products, so I eventually gave them to a friend. Unfortunately, she had exactly the same experience. I genuinely don’t understand why so many celebrities promote this brand. At this point, I can only assume they are being paid very well, because I honestly cannot see what makes these products worth the hype. Tried to get a refund for a defective product and was ignored!!

I purchased an order and was supposed to get 10% off. Well this didn’t happen. I emailed them called them . No response. Received my order yesterday no invoice enclosed and no shipping return information and they sent me 2 hairbrushes and I only wanted 1. Emailed again and no response. Now I call my credit card company. Do not buy anything from them as they are deceptive.
