Very bad product made in Israel. It contains very little argan oil and lots of chemicals. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

I struggle most with dry and damaged hair that just probably just comes naturally with aging. I leave the hair mask and conditioner in and put my hair in a bun for a few minutes each time, but other conditioners and masks just don't make my hair as smooth and silky as the Moroccanoil ones do. My hair hasn't looked this healthy since I was in my early 20s.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They treat a simple product defect like a federal case. Email after email, tons of photos and each step takes MULTIPLE days to hear back. It’s outrageous! I’m 8 days in and still NO RESOLUTION. You don’t even deserve one star.

Placed an order and it arrived swiftly and well packaged. There was an issue with the free sample/gift, but on enquiry it was quickly sent with apology. Have purchased from this company many times and will continue to do so.

Horrible service I still have not received my shipment after two weeks they refuse to refund saying it was still in transit and sitting in a FedEx location

Such a lazy bunch. Customer service is not interested in being supportive they think a few smiles and kind words will do the job. Placed my order on Sunday still haven’t received anything. What a waist of money, time and energy. Just order the products from a more established company- and you won’t be disappointed ☹️
