Bought into this apparently amazing expensive shampoo & conditioner as I thought it might be the answer to my problem hair, very fine, can be dry and with significant hair loss but won't buy again. At least I tried. It does nothing for me at all

I've ordered shampoo & conditioner set and I've also receive a small moroccanoil treatment as a gift. I liked it and I've ordered a bigger version of that. I've used new box for couple of days and I've realized it's not the same product with I've received as a gift. The consistency is different and it doesn't make my hair look the same. I wanted to return and refund and their answer was like we cannot accept any open packages. How do they expect me to assess a product without trying? And after that they stopped replying me. They should retrench marketing budget and mind about more their horrible costumer service.
