Too much marketing too little understanding

Disgusting product, should be ashamed of itself!

placed order online. fast delivery times. shame that an item is missing (43 eur) customer service practically non-existent. send email to the contacts indicated...no response. Considering the cost of the products (valid in any case) I think they can afford adequate Customer Service....

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for half a year now and it has dried out my hair so much. My ends are dry and split (I get a haircut every month and still), my hair is breaking. I switched to a drugstore brand conditioner and shampoo and my hair immediately felt healthier for a fifth of the price. I am throwing these out. Thanks for ruining my hair

I placed a £70 order from this site having experienced the product at a hair salon. Like one of the reviews here said, 2 weeks on, DPD record shows that it hasn’t been despatched eventhough the seller marked it as Shipped on the website. Shipping terms that says 1-2 days from shipping date is misleading at best, given that 2 weeks from the point of order, nothing has been despatched. Customer Support is non-existent and does not reply. UPDATE: The product arrived today after 2 weeks of placing the order. The product is lovely and can’t fault it as we discovered the product through a local hair salon. But the shopping experience with Morrocan Oil’s website is not good and anxiety provoking. Perhaps best get the product through Amazon next time. Shame as I like to avoid Amazon and put more in the pockets of small retailers/product makers.

Non capisco perché tutte queste recensioni negative. Io ho avuto un esperienza positiva comprando dal sito ufficiale di Moroccanoil. Ordinato domenica, arrivato venerdì. Tutto perfetto, prodotti originali, prezzo conveniente, ho avuto anche un regalo e campioncini omaggio. Inoltre tutto la consegna gratuita su tutto.

Moroccanoil has nothing to do with Morocco. Even the argan oil they use is so low quality that it can't even be called argan. Besides, they shouldn't use a country's name sell products. It's like having a brand called Greekoil selling olive oil. It's non-sense. On top of that, they degrade Morocco's image in the world by selling bad quality argan oil and supporting ethnic cleansing in Israel. Plus, in their website they state that argan oil grows in the Mediterranean, which is an absolute lie. Argan oil only grows close to the atlantic ocean, thousands of kilometers far from the mediterranean sea. Everything is wrong with this brand. Don't buy it.

I purchased 2 sets of orders in the same day which was sent as 1 parcel. The company sent the parcel to DPD, but the day it was meant to be delivered to me the company back tracked the parcel back to themselves with no explanation. I had to call DPD to find out why my parcel was showing “on its way back to sender” and they told me what is going on. There is no customer service contact number, and they do not seem to be replying back to my emails either. I called my bank and they said because i made the purchase willingly they can not open a claim for fraud. Basically i have been cond by this company. I have always been a huge fan of the products, but i used to always buy it elsewhere, it was only recently i started trying out the official website. VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED
