Beware, you won't be able to return these! their return link is faulty and invalid. The product is very terrible and not worth the price. I've sat on $50 bean bags from target that's better than these I wish I had read these reviews before I made the purchase. I never had a bean bag so I didn't know what to expect. I didn't like lovesac so after watching a few videos on youtube I decided to make a purchase and boy was I wrong. There is no structure. the seemingly structural support on youtube videos are simply because the cover is way too tight on the bean bag which is a pain to put on. The elasticity of the cover goes away in about 2-3 weeks. Most of the time if you move even a slight bit the whole bag shifts and you have to get up, and sit back down again if you don't want to be sitting leaning one sided. It's a pain to stand up from. after about a week or 2 you basically land on the floor when you try to sit on it. Their support doesn't respond to anything except sales emails. I still have time to return my product but it seems like they are gonna wait it out so I can't return it anymore.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. RETURN POLICY IS NON-EXISTANT AFTER THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. SO NOW THIS REVEW QILL BE SENT TO MOONPOD.COM-----BFD!!!!!

This is a scam!! We just got garbage for $300. Request refund and that they pay shipping back. Have not heard, requested paypal’s help and writing a complaint to the BBB. DO NOT buy from them!

There needs to be a 0 star option. Terrible product and in spite of money-back guarantee, terrible customer service.

I ordered one for my husband Christmas 2020. First time sitting was very nice. After two days when u sit on it your butt is actually on the floor. I also did not recieve the cover, so I emailed them. They sent me a message apologizing and said they would send one. Then I email again and asked about filler beads for the flat pod 5 times with no response. :0( I guess ill have to order beads else where. I wished I had read reviews also before ordering. Do Not Buy This Product. Its no good.

Horrible horrible! You need to hold the bag to sit semi upright or mostly you are laying down. I have a bed and don’t need another bad. And it’s $299 not to mention other charges and they want to charge a return fee for returning. Plus only 14 days return policy and no phone number to call. You are pretty much waiting for them to reply back via email for how long...you don’t know. Ugh!

Terrible product not at all as represented and I cannot get any response to attempts to return. Don’t recall ever having such a disappointing experience with a product or service.

I ordered a moonpod and it took 2 weeks to arrive. It came with just a inner bag of beads. No cover and no packing receipt or instructions. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. What company doesn't have an phone number to correct issues? I would never do business with them again and I am going to the BBB to complain. Wouldn't recommend them for purchase.
