Horrible poor quality product! They try to charge you over $300 (this is with their never-ending 25% off deal) thinking its an amazing beanbag chair but its just like any other beanbag. The filling on the inside appears to be styrofoam beads. Its an overpriced beanbag chair that you can get anywhere for less than $50. I tried to return it and the whole entire return process is taking forever. They make you tell them how many times you used it and must take photos. After I initialed the return they told me the amount I would get back, which was about $30 something less than what I had originally paid for. And now they charged me $77 for return and restocking fee and $20 for using the other sleeve ONCE!! So you are going to lose a third of your money!! What a freaking scam!! DO NOT BUY!! NOT WORTH IT! Wished I saw the reviews first. This is why they do not let you leave any reviews directly on their site. They do not want anybody to know of this scam!

Everything said on how horrible this product is TRUE, a total scam.Honestly, from when you open up box the chemical smell of carcinogenic plastic or whatever it is stuffed with? reeks of unhealthy, scammy, dishonest energy! Seriously, $427.37 for this blob of peanuts with a cheap fabric could have been made for less than $20, if that!? SHAME on company for marketing this product as a quality product. I am embarrassed for getting sucked into and actually purchasing it without checking reviews and truth behind this bag of beans! It's a joke. They got me, to the degree of after reading reviews of trying to return or get money back, I've got better things to be doing with my time & energy. Moonpod is a Fraud! Don't make the mistake I did. Heck, I would of bought a cheap bean bag chair for less than half price of what their asking and been way more satisfied with it. Was thinking of giving it to my dog to play on, but even unsure of that due to the poly odor. It stays outside for sure anyway! Also, ordered the cover for outdoor, lol, omg! It's nothing but a thin fabric that zips over the blob, sagging around not fitting to shape of pod, looks horrible where my family questioned what the heck is it, a blob with a poncho draped over it? What a total joke! Again, moonpod, certain you won't be in business long given your unethical fraudulent practice. DO NOT BUY ANY MOONPOD PRODUCT! SCAM Embarrassed I fell for it with out checking reviews first!

These people are a nightmare. I am reporting them to the FTC. I suspect they got enough funding for one commercial to run on CNN and now have nothing left, so there's no customer service. They will not give me a phone number to call. They sent me the wrong item, now they're saying that I'm outside the return window. It's not a return if they messed up! Don't waste your money on this company.

Love in a box is what it is!!! It's not only cute; it's a sneaky little sleeping pill. I fit into it perfectly on my first tryout and fell asleep when I wasn't supposed to. "No fair Moonpod!" More importantly, my body aches went away!!!😄😃

Delivered in thin flimsy cheap cardboard boxes that arrive ripped. (Because they require you to ship back in same and if they are damaged you're responsible.) You get something that looks nothing like what's on the website and the things reek like petroleum. Eye burning smell. When you call to return telling them why, they'll ask you to tell them why. Refuse to give you info to return or a label. Then when you email them why, they say email a photo. They refuse to send a label. Then they'll wait two days and email you a tracking number and ask you if you want to return the item to contact them and on it goes. There is no address on their website for returns or anything. I called my credit company and also will file complaints with FTC and BBB

I can’t explain how horrible their customer service is. I have doubts about it’s future since it can’t fulfill orders and quality is slumping. Not to mention they aren’t following proper payment capture procedures. What they are doing is actually illegal. I have placed two orders and both have been charged to my card but “processing” for 10+ days

After waiting almost a month for it to ship I had to argue for a refund since they obviously where not going to ship it. I don't recommend them to anyone. Nothing is more frustrating than not getting a real answer from them other than covid means it may take up to a week to ship....

I bought the Moon Pod, Crescent, and Lunar Lift and enjoyed it so much at first. When the crescent starting to lose shape because it was under filled, I contacted customer service via email since there is no number, and they said that they would have Some refill beads sent to me within two weeks. I didn’t receive the beads, Nor an email saying that they were back ordered until I wrote them once again. They responded saying they were sorry but they were back ordered for another two weeks. Yet it’s been two months Now and they are not responding to any more emails. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you’re selling the product with beads in it then you shouldn’t have a back order Of beads to send out in order to replace faulty product. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! It’s just a very expensive and overpriced headache !
