I highly caution you against buying anything here. I saw the Moonpod show up in a lot of independent review sites so I assumed it was legit. Ordered one in 4/28. Got an email on 5/18 telling me it had been shipped, with a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number took me to a FedEx page where the shipment was pending. Waited a few more weeks and send an email to them on 6/7. Got a fairly fast response explaining that the "fulfilment department" was behind on sending tracking numbers. Sent another email on 6/17, got the same response, word for word. At that point sent a stop payment to my cc company and have heard nothing since. Avoid this company and save yourself the hassle.

Please don't buy this over price bean bag filled with rocks. It's horrible!!!

Absolute scam do not buy from them! I purchased the moon pod and the ottoman received the moonpod real quick no cover for it the ottoman came about a week later with a cover wanted to return it their no hassle easy return is a bunch of crap because they only give you two weeks to do it in but there isn't a contact phone number that you can get a hold of anybody all it is is an email and when you try to go on to their live support no one's there. HUGE SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!!

Hard to believe these reviews. First of all I loved mine so much, our daughter has taken over it. First and second order came quick. I ordered double moon pod way back in May, I received it but not foot rest and no cover for double moon pod and now I'm loosing my patience. But from someone who has had 3 back surgeries, I love it!

Bought the double moon pod because I wanted to be comfortable in it. Received both pods at different times one had more foam than the other. About two months into this 500$ purchase and there is nothing about this bean bag that would be worth paying $500 for. Do not waste your money.

Absolutely awful. This product is everywhere i go online so i unfortunately gave in and bought it. Not only is it not worth the alleged 300 dollars, it nots even worth 10. This is the worst chair someone could sit in. And the moonpod people know it. You are the worst type of people out there

Like many other people have found Moonpod is a joke. Basically if they are out of stock then just say out of stock and notify people when they can order. Rather then take your money and keeping cutting and pasting the same email responses. What I sent "Jann" today. Jann or whatever you name is(I am assuming your just a bot with autoreplies emails). I guess you are still checking with the "shipping facility team"?? who is that? your Cat?? LOL.. I should have checked out you "company' before even attempting to do business with you. Good luck with the mounting bad reviews on trustpilot , the FTC complaints and the hundreds of "chargebacks" from customers like me. If you don't know what a chargeback is it's when a business takes peoples money and does not deliver goods or services. After a while the credit cared processing companies and banks basically cut that business off from accepting credit cards. Emails from Jann "First and foremost, thank you for contacting us. Underwhelmed! Look, it’s basically a regular old bean bag chair. Do yourself a favor and try one first, before you pay $300 and feel like a fool.
