Hi Monica, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how frustrating it is when expectations around returns or guarantees don’t feel met, especially after being a loyal customer. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Our guarantee and return process is designed to be fair and consistent, but it’s clear we fell short in how this was communicated and handled in your case. We’d welcome the opportunity to review what happened and address any outstanding concerns directly. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can take a closer look. Thank you for your feedback; it helps us identify where we need to do better. ~Mood Cannabis Concierge Team
