I had a Monoprice Stage Right 15w that quit powering up after about 4 months. I contacted them and they gave me instructions how to return for an exchange. I did as they said and one week from the day I shipped it a new one arrived. There was no hassle at all and one week turn around was not expected. This is the way all Companies should do business, good job Monoprice.

I purchased 9 z-wave door & Window sensors. There was a miss communications on what I needed. I called in and explained my situation, an RMA was emailed to me with a return label. Once I sent the items back and they were received, my refund came right away. Well done Monoprice.

Love being a customer of Monoprice . I had ordered charging cords for my iPhone and the original ones came In the wrong size and color. I immediately contacted Customer Service and was so pleased at how quickly they replaced them at no cost to me. Recently 2 out the 4 cords proved to be defective. I again contacted Customer Service and again thy immediately replaced them. Did not even have to return the defective ones. Wonderful staff and service. Am a fan.

Excellent company to buy cables. Cable Prices are good and lifetime warranty can’t be beat. Customer service is excellent as well.

I purchased a pair of Monoprice True Wireless In-ear monitors and was very happy for about 9 months but then the IEM's battery life degraded considerably. Since Monoprice has a one year warranty on their products, I requested a replacement by initiating an RMA request on their site. Within 2 days, they emailed me a Fed-Ex ground return label which I used to return the defective TWE's. A day after MP received my TWE's they had the replacement pair shipped out. MP truly has one of the best return policies and procedures out there and their reps always provide prompt and attentive service. Well done Monoprice.

Bought two 3d printers from them. Had issues with them that were resolved immediately. Great customer service.

My Noise Cancelling Headphones worked ONE DAY! Still waiting for refund 2 months later Save your $$ Go elsewhere! I bought some lightning cables for my iPhone that I really liked. They worked great but one had an issue with the phone connector, so I contacted the warranty department and had a replacement in the mail shortly.
