I wasn't expecting such great service
I wasn't expecting such great service. Everything and everyone is straight forward easy to understand exceptionally friendly! From the moment I received emails from Raylyn to the shop where, Please forgive I don't remember the gentleman's name off hand who did the installation, he was friendly and on point, I'm sure I will have no problem if any issue arises. Rules are set and straight forward. No misunderstandings or confusions with anything or anyone. Hope this helps, Thank you.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. At QuickStart, our employees continuously test our units to understand our consumer's experience and we know that when first installed, the alert for a random retest can be anxiety producing. We use this information and consumer feedback like yours to design devices that take away as much of the stress of using an IID as possible. In response to your specific concern about random retests, state regulations, not the interlock industry, determine the frequency of random retests and the time period in which they must be taken prior to recording the event as a missed test. In most states, users have 5-6 minutes to maneuver their vehicle to a safe location to take the test. We advise pulling over to take your test. Someone from our management team will be reaching out to you to see how we can best assist you with this going forward.
