I have gotten multiple (a lot) of…
I have gotten multiple (a lot) of “missed tests” multiple a month. And I never get out of my car without blowing. I just found out it was asking multiple times for an arrival test. This happens every month. For years.

Yall just increased mo they payment to…
Yall just increased mo they payment to 160$ plus any violations. Yall are taking all my money. I haven't drank in 2 years but have spent hundreds of dollars in violations. This is crazy yall make so much money off our despair

Couldn’t make the date and I had to pay…
Couldn’t make the date and I had to pay for a bypass code and the car cut off thirty minutes later and they charged me again for another bypass code and we had to make a seven hour drive one way so a fourteen hour round trip because only place would see us on a Saturday

I have had it show a 6016 trouble code…
I have had it show a 6016 trouble code twice in 3 days and 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Which it doesn't cost to get that code cleared but it's a problem haven't to wait on it to go through all that Talking Everytime you start your car, now I have to make an extra 30 min drive to monitec to see if they can figure out what's causing it. And as everyone says when you call you either usually have to wait a LONG TIME or get their VM. I usually wait until after midnight before I call and usually get someone fairly quickly. I know I've tried pushing 8 to where you won't lose your spot in line and they'll "call you back" 🤣 LMAO Tried probably 8-10 times have never gotten a call back. They have several False Advertisements.

There need to be a better way for us to be able to prevent unnecessary codes, because the fees are becoming extremely expensive

Great pricing but I feel maybe the…
Great pricing but I feel maybe the equipment is outdated and difficult to use. First thing I noticed after my install was the unit had already suffered damage, the plastic Handle was cracked and has obviously been reused for way to long. Due to several “invalid samples” I find myself almost on the verge of passing out trying to blow into the machine. Surly there are newer, easier units this day and age. Maybe it’s time Monitech invest a little $ to make things a little more simple for their customers

Please note that the IID will register any trace of alcohol from any source containing it - this is how the device effectively ensures an impaired individual is not able to start a vehicle, and how we are able to confidently state the Monitech ignition interlock is fulfilling its purpose.
