Very very easy to use
Very very easy to use. Takes well over triple the time they say it takes to warm up and read the breath and i got a traffic ticket because I had to use the machine in traffic and I was cited for not being hands free in my city but other than that its alright

I was very pleased by the professional…
I was very pleased by the professional service given by Abraham at the Burlington NC install center. He gave excellent advice and I left feeling confident that I knew how to operate the ignition interlock. He was very patient as well while I ask questions. I highly recommend Abraham. He is very professional and down to earth, and easy to work with.

So I needed to get interlock and finally set up appointment, and they were very helpful and helped me understand, how to use it

My device was acting up due to no fault…
My device was acting up due to no fault of my own and after numerous phone calls and help with the phone operator, it came down to them actually driving out to meet me because nothing they were telling me to do fixed the problem even after they drove out two hours out of their way out still didn't fix the issue. Long story short. They have me some helpful tips to allow me to still use my vehicle until I could get an appointment with them again. They ended up having to do the installation all over again because the equipment was just bad. I appreciate all the help they gave me so that I wouldn't be stuck without my vehicle for work.
