Only issue I have is that every time I start it up after my vehicle has been sitting awhile I have to blow 3 times into before it finally accepts it. When it’s running and does a test, it only takes one blow. This is both physically exhausting and frustrating.

The technician who installed my device was very helpful with information and very efficient in his process. To be in this situation is embarrassing to say the least but in no way did he make me feel that way. Overall very happy with the process.

I'm a friend of John doing the review. This is a man who lives fearful of everything. He's so afraid he'll do this wrong and hesitates to drive. I think you have a great system myself and I'm college-educated. My friend on the other hand has attention deficit disorder and struggled High School. If you've never been around someone with ADD you don't understand the difficulty they have to learn multiple instructions.. People with ADD need calm reassurance with slow guidance. These people are still processing your first two sentences while you're continuing on with instructions. He is also on SSI which doesn't afford paying any additional expenses besides the monthly fee. He has done work for me for several years and he tries very hard and is a hard worker. He needs his driver's license because his mother is 82 and she needs assistance because of health issues. He also has a broken thumb which makes it difficult to drive and perform blowing into the apparatus at the same time therefore he tries to pull over when a test is required. He lives in the North Carolina mountains which often does not afford a shoulder to pull over on. There are many 2-lane winding roads in the mountains. He becomes very anxious when instructed during times of driving. I'm just asking that the people on the phone line be very understanding . not all people are created equal with how our brain functions. I did not understand this until I had friends who are ADD. Most my friends who have ADD are very frustrated with their mental Challenges. Most have to try harder to accomplish what others do easily. John wants to complete the program and do this right but he lives in fear . I know you have no control how often the test is required but when he needs to call please be patient and ask him to repeat the instructions . I often ask my friends who have ADD to repeat what I just said because they don't track everything like most people . Thank you for reading and thank you for your time.
