A big shout out to mike in the Winston shop. He was very polite and professional. He texted me yester am to remnd me of my 4:00 appt. He also let me know that I could come earlier that day if I liked. Total contrast to my earlier experience months ago in the greensboro facility . It was day and night and it sure made my day. I will only go to the Winston office in the future although I live in Greensboro . And now I feel safe and do not dread my appt in November. Cant thank Mike enough.y

No stars is a very very very very big streach!! I would actually give a minus 5 if I could!!! After using monotech for a month and a half I am running to Smart Start! The 2 hour install actually took 4 hours AFTER I proactively told them that it was a hybrid. Monotech has antiquated equipment that barely works, especially when it stays in the heat (great to have when its so hot outside and it isn't detecting your breath or the trigger). It takes AT LEAST an hour to get in contact with them IF they call you back. And no, they don't care about updating their technology. I am SOOOOO excited to work with Smart Start!!! The ONLY good thing about monotech is the installer named TONY- he was great!!! Side note- is it not weird that tawanda keeps getting called out? Come on that is BS- she is either paying people or she is writing them herself. WOW for allowing this to happen on your site!!!!!
