This device is str8 bs....I got a 5038 & my car was parked from Fri 9am- Sunday 9am due to my job...I take the company vehicle...which my job is at a women's halfway house for substance abuse!!!! I got in my car "passed" while I was driving it gave me a 5038!! Didn't request me to pull over etc...Everytime, that's $45..This is a crop of crap!!! Everyone, makes mistakes or have mishaps..but...these ppl or really getting tf over!!!!!!

I have been calling for 3 days now. Stay on hold for over an hour and a still no answer. Hit the call back option no call back. Now I’m currently locked out. So will be late for work because as I type this I’m currently still on hold. This is getting ridiculous. For the last 3 weeks it’s hard to get someone on the phone. Maybe you’ll need to hire more customer service reps. Monitech has been hell from incorrect install, faulty equipment(which cases fails or delays) which my last technician I went to corrected it for me. Some technicians are very helpful. Some actually don’t care just want you to keep coming back. I have not switched companies because the others are no better.

Sharon was very helpful and made it an easy process.

I have to say I spoke with Jessica based out of Ohio and she was an absolute gem to talk to. As someone who has been in the customer service industry I know not all are so genuine as Jessica was. She took her time, was extremely patient, so kind, and didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable as this situation can be a bit embarrassing. She guided me through the whole process and I literally felt like I wasn’t talking to a stranger I felt like I was talking to a friend. I felt her demeanor was top notch and I literally can say this was the best customer service I have ever received! I hope she knows how valuable she is to her company and we need more Jessica’s in this world! Thank you Jessica! It was a pleasure!

I had my service in Durham NC with Andy. The service he provided was always great and very helpful. He left for a period of time, however when he returned I felt I was in better hands.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Andy in Durham. He has made what would have normally been an emotionally difficult time, so much easier. He is extremely knowledgeable about the device and the system and is very thorough in explaining the process. I am always happy to see that he will be taking care of me when I arrive instead of another technician. I have a few friends with similar situations involving DUI'ls and I always recommend to come see him at this location. I was actually referred by a friend too.

Andy Fishman is an experienced Technician and his knowledge of Monitech, automobiles, and attention to detail is invaluable. I have always admired his work ethic and I recommend him and the Durham, NC, location if anyone in the Triangle is looking to install an ignition interlock device in their vehicles. Andy is inspiring and should be a corporate trainer for Monitech. I don’t know what I would have done without him on several occasions. Thank you, Andy!
