They just need to go on a mass hiring spree for customer service reps! You gotta literally call them like 4am-8am, after that, expect a 2-6hour wait(if they even call you back) I have literally called from 3 different phones trying to triple my odds and it’s still a fail!! I

This company is nothing but a scam. And they get away with it bc what are you going to do about it? Not drive your car that you pay for? They refuse to take any accountability for their insanely outdated equipment and just automatically and immediately tell you it’s your fault. How does it make sense that over the course of a 45 minute span two tests pass, one fails and demands you immediately turn your car off, and when you do you have to test again and within a minutes time you go from a .02 to a .00? You know how? Because they want that money and know you can’t do anything about it. Not to mention the device caught on fire inside of my car just over a month ago and they deny any responsibility and tell me they’re not doing anything to fix it. CAUGHT ON FIRE INSIDE OF MY CAR AS I’M DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. I have pictures but don’t see an option to upload those. Do NOT use this company unless you want to be robbed directly in front of your face and not be able to stop it.

I’ve been calling for a couple of days with no response. I have done the same thing each time, waited on the phone for a little then pressed 8 for a call back. This is honestly ridiculous because I’ve dealt with this on multiple occasions. I really don’t think you are that busy dealing with customers that you can’t even call them back. If you’re looking for help I would be glad to help if that means getting your response time down. You all have got to do better.
