My son has a system on his car. He is locked out all the time . We call the phone number and it is a 10 minute wait or press 8.. I press 8 and it never takes my number it just keeps playing that music .He has an appointment today and is locked out .. on hold for over 15 minutes, I would not recommend this to anyone ... and the dumbest thing , he got a DUI for drugs ( thank God he changed ) he has never been a drinker .The customer services is awful. No help at all.

I'm a little bit concerned about some of the other reviews that I'm reading regarding customer service once the device has been installed. However, I have to say that Tawana who was my customer service representative was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure that I had an installation in time for my court date. The service technician was very thorough and kind as well. I hope that the remainder of my experience remains this exceptional!

I have had it show a 6016 trouble code twice in 3 days and 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Which it doesn't cost to get that code cleared but it's a problem haven't to wait on it to go through all that Talking Everytime you start your car, now I have to make an extra 30 min drive to monitec to see if they can figure out what's causing it. And as everyone says when you call you either usually have to wait a LONG TIME or get their VM. I usually wait until after midnight before I call and usually get someone fairly quickly. I know I've tried pushing 8 to where you won't lose your spot in line and they'll "call you back" 🤣 LMAO Tried probably 8-10 times have never gotten a call back. They have several False Advertisements.
