Just received my order and I couldn’t be happier swim is top quality and arrived really quickly. I had emailed them to speed up delivery as im going away shortly and the team was cery helpfull, emailed me back the same day dispatching the item faster . Overall shipping took less than 1week to the uk . Very happy customer , I will be back :)

I was so so happy that customer service reached back out to me when overnight shipping didn’t originally go out. They immediately refunded the expedited shipping cost. I told them I needed it in 2 days for a trip and it got there the next morning. I never leave reviews, but they were so amazing (how it should be in customer service) that I had to share. Hope everyone gets this experience & I will be ordering more in the future!

I had high hopes for my experience with Monday Swimwear, but unfortunately, the customer service and resolution of refund issues have left me thoroughly disappointed, prompting me to leave this 1-star review. I returned the Clovelly one-piece in size P because it was too small on my chest, and I needed a size S. Although the return was received, the process took an unexpectedly long time. When I inquired about the status of my refund, the response from customer service was a very generic, one-size-fits-all answer not considering my inconvenience at all. Upon finally receiving confirmation that my refund had been processed, I requested assistance in applying the credit to my new order which I had placed to secure the size I needed before it sold out again. Despite making this request before the new order had even shipped, Monday Swimwear claimed they were unable to apply the credit to completed orders. This inflexible response is disappointing, especially considering the delays and inconveniences I faced throughout the return process. It's disheartening to experience such rigid policies, particularly when attempting to resolve issues in a timely manner. The lack of consideration for customer loyalty and the inability to make a simple courtesy adjustment only added to my frustration. Furthermore, the repeated challenges in finding items in stock and the lengthy processing times for returns have resulted in multiple shipping expenses on my end. The inability to apply a credit to my recent order makes me not want to order again from Monday Swimwear, despite my credit, because prices have only increased and I do not want to deal with the unnecessary cycle of returns and reorders. I had eagerly anticipated trying Monday Swimwear, but this experience has left me questioning the value of customer loyalty to this company, especially after spending a few 100 $s. I hope others considering a purchase take note of these issues and think twice before investing their time and money with Monday Swimwear.

I love Monday! Their design is amazing, but I had an issue with my order: the discount was not applied and my order was confirmed. They kindly replied to me, deleted my order and let me do a new one in no time! x

I have now bought 3 swimsuits from Monday and I love all of them, so much so that I have basically stopped shopping for suits elsewhere. They make tops and full pieces for people who have small ribcages and a large bust which has been hard for me to find. I also think that the products are great quality. Sometimes the shipping is a little long but I don't really mind. My review might read a bit like of a love letter but I honestly really like this company.
