Sadly the ‘Tash bra’ I bought leaked black onto the white panels. I complained to customer service however and they rectified the problem immediately, sending me a replacement in the post. They also advised me on future garment care instructions. This has made me feel confident in buying from them again as their designs are just beautiful!

SUPER UNDERSTANDING. I had an issue with my order and they were under no obligation to send me a replacement but they did anyway. It was my very first time buying from them and I do not regret it. Kind people :)

Aside from being obsessed with Monday's quality and designs, their customer support is amazing and they make returns easier than any other brand I've ever purchased from. Other brands need to take note, seriously. Can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience purchasing Monday Swimwear ! I ordered a swimsuit for a vacation and realized I might not received it on Time. I wrote to customer service who replied within 30 min and assured me they would do everything they could to ship it sooner. 1 hour later I received a shipping notification ! They were super helpful !

Excellent customer service. By far the best I have received in a very long time. Easy return and exchange process and customer service rep went above and beyond to meet my needs. Not to mention quality of the swimwear is unmatched. Monday will always have my business, time and time again!
