This brand should not be trusted. I ordered a bikini 6 weeks ago. First of all it took two weeks to be dispatched. The look of the items was nothing like the advertised images (in terms of fit, colour and quality). I have now sent five emails, instagram dms, as well as emails to tash and dev asking to return my product (which I am entitled to do as per the terms and conditions on their website). Someone has replied to me on their instagram six weeks later saying I needed to email them again. I explained I had done that already and tried again. Then they just stopped replying to me. It has now been seven weeks and I have been completely ignored and spent $200 AUD on a bikini I will never wear.

Horrible quality and way too expensive. I had my set for about a month, probably wore it three times, before the wire on my top started poking through in multiple places which would dig into my skin. When I tried to contact customer service about it they were very unhelpful so I just threw it away. The bottoms were a weird shape too, very unflattering.

I purchased the tulum top and bottom. The bottom was good. The top is not for large breasts. I am a 10G and the triangle material has no support or design consideration for large natural breasts, especially on the sides. The neck tie was a good thickness. The bottom tie is a string only...again no good for a large and heavy chest. Paid over $200 aud, definitely not worth the money..

I would give Monday Swimwear zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I've dealt with. You can find so much better out there for what you pay for. I recently reached out regarding a tunic I purchased right before the lockdown. I couldn't return it because 1/we had a lockdown and 2/ I got stuck out of town and couldn't fly back home. I reached out a couple of months later and explained my situation. They weren't even willing to give me store credits once I return it. Mind you, the tunic has never been worn and is still with a tag. They pulled out the "we gotta stick to the books and it's past the return policy time frame" bs. They were not even willing to comprise given the current circumstances. Lots of businesses have been understanding and compromising and I had no problem returning stuff I've purchased prior to the lockdown. Oh well, they may have gained $150 but they lost a loyal customer for life. ORDER #55318

I've also had a very bad experience with Monday Swimwear Customer Service. When you have an issue, your only recourse is to contact them by email. In my case, I had to send 4 email before I received a response and they proceeded to lecture me that the issue that I raised was covered in their FAQs - even though there was much more to it. I can't speak to the quality of their swimsuits because I never received my order but I was very dissatisfied and frustrated trying to resolve my issue with their team.

Poor quality material. Thin and overly stretchy meaning cannot fit without using the full length of the strap - shoulder straps touch at the back. Received faulty item - back and forth emails took forever and kept repeating myself to get the same vague responses. Received a replacement after returning my item...2 weeks later received another faulty top (exposed elastic, poor finishing a and one underwire longer then the other leaving an empty space at one end of the bikini top.

The most awful customer service I have ever received. I originally returned this item as it did not fit well and UPS messed up the return. After going back and forth with their customer service over email over multiple days because they won't accept a phonecall I ended up having to pay $12 extra to ship MY ITEMS back to me and not to get my $200 back I have to pay another $12 to ship it again. The other company that UPS accidentally sent my items too not only shipped my items back to me FOR FREE and gave me another shipping label FOR FREE they also did it under 5 minutes over a phone call. Absolutely fed up with this company. For the amount of money, one pays for a swimsuit you would expect customer service. I am so disappointed. I will never shop here again. Order number #55268
