Monday SwimwearReviews of mondayswimwear.com

This is my third time purchasing. I absolutely love their stuff! the colors, styles, and service is great. Just want them to make a slight better adjustments for women who are top heavy but small everywhere else. But love them!

I ordered a bikini and needed to exchange it to a bigger size. I couldn't simply return it and get a new one sent out, but needed to return for money and then buy the different one. Ended up forced to spend 100 CHF to ship it from Switzerland to the USA, as they don't provide a return slip. The new one eventually arrived and fit. They then never gave my money back for the returned one and are unreachable via email. This despite me being able to see that they signed for it. So a bikini for 100 CHF ended up costing 300 CHF and I would've saved 100 CHF by not even sending it back, had I known these people would just keep my money and ignore me. Never ever buy from these people. I know I won't.

Customer service is AMAZING…and of course the pieces are beautiful and so elevated❤️

Love their pieces hate to say, i hate their service. My order was placed 10/09 it has been 13 days since, and been emailing customer support who said the order has not been received by the warehouse. So the order has not basically reached them. Idk Then asked if i wanted my order, i was like what! Ofc i want it. It has been 5 days and no shipping updates, have said they are checking with warehouse. This was my second purchase from them, last one was super late too. I Will Never repurchase. POOR! Service.

Not only is the swimwear absolutely stunning, but the customer service is truly first class! From the moment I placed my order, they were instantly on hand to answer any questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. The attention to detail and care they provide really makes such a difference. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough — beautiful swimwear and exceptional service! 🤍

LOVE! I am a curvy woman, and everything looks flattering. The best bikinis ! I only wish the bikini tops were a little larger. I’m a 38DDD and the VV one piece fits great, but the bikini tops sized VVV are too small

Disappointing experience, especially for international customers I would strongly recommend that customers outside the United States be aware of the potential complications when ordering from Monday Swimwear. I returned my items through DHL, but the parcel was held at customs due to additional charges that DHL confirmed were the responsibility of the recipient, not me. I contacted DHL multiple times and followed all the instructions they gave me. Despite this, the issue was not resolved on Monday Swimwear’s side, and the parcel was eventually sent back to me. I have now refused the delivery, and the parcel is sitting in storage while DHL opens another case to try to resolve the situation. What I find particularly frustrating is that I have done everything required from my side, yet I am still left dealing with the consequences of an issue that was not my responsibility. If you are ordering from outside the US, please be aware that international returns with Monday Swimwear may involve customs issues, additional shipping complications, and a very lengthy resolution process. This is something I wish had been clearer before placing my order. I hope Monday Swimwear takes responsibility and resolves the situation promptly.

My favourite swimwear brand and the customer service is amazing. Quick to respond and deal with queries and love the fact the returns are now prepaid from the UK!
