The bikinis are great but the customer service is horrendous. Getting a reply takes ages and getting a refund is difficult. I've bought in the US and abroad, customer service makes the experience very difficult and I hesitate to purchase again. Seems like they're not focused on customer experience.

I’ve been purchasing from Monday Swimwear for at least 5 years. The inconsistency in their sizing over time has become really disappointing. They state that different fabrics affect sizing (this really should be worked on rather than leaving it up to the consumer for trial and error). More than once I have purchased a top or a bottom in a different color - but same fabric - and it just doesn’t fit the same as the previous purchased bottom of exactly the same fabric, just different color. Example: I own one of their bandeau tops in two different colors, I purchased a 3rd in the same fabric and when I held the tops up against each other to compare sizes, the 3rd top was markedly smaller. I sent a picture to Monday Swimwear to show them the discrepancy. I had made the mistake of removing the tag (but can’t wear the top due to how small it is), and they would not issue a refund or an exchange. I’m also disappointed with their ship times (default 3-12 business days) as well as the restock fee that is deducted if you try to return something. This swimwear is too expensive for such inconsistent sizing, long delivery time, and a restocking fee (which you will inevitably incur when trying to get your size right, having to try multiple pieces before finding the right fit). I used to consider it a pretty reliable brand but I just feel like the inconsistency and poor user experience has made it hard to want to purchase suits from them.

Love their swimwear. Standard shipping is WAY TOO SLOW. They changed carriers in the last year or so and items are sometimes taking 2 weeks to arrive. Really such a shame. Do better, Monday Swimwear. Don’t charge $10 to ship one bikini bottom that takes 2 weeks to come. Ridiculous..:

Hi, I am writing to express my regret regarding the return shipping policy for your products. While I appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of your items, I find the shipping costs associated with returns to be quite burdensome. As a new customer, I have always admired your commitment to excellence, but the expense involved in returning products has made it difficult for me to continue purchasing with confidence. I believe that offering a more accommodating return policy could enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty and the fact I pay 24.35 £ for the shipping is not fair for a order of 430£ of a return of 250 £( I don’t remember exactly, but still is wrong. I look forward to your thoughts on this matter, details about expenses that that you did not send by email, fully of the details received in base with the return, as long as you focus on the materials of the products and the advertising and marketing online, you should also consider this aspect as do many companies that even if they do not have headquarters in that country deals with this aspect. Review 1: I ordered a bikini bottom from Monday Swimwear prior to Black Friday and was told it would arrive near the end of December. This was already quite a long time but I understood that companies have delays due to COVID. December came and went, and the shipping status of the product hadn't even been updated since the end of November. I emailed customer service but they were extremely unhelpful, brushed over my concerns and just told me there would be yet another 1-2 weeks due to COVID delays. Fine. But it's now been two months since I first placed my order and the shipping status STILL hasn't been updated since November. This is getting ridiculous, especially considering shipping cost $13USD. Even AliExpress ships faster and they don't even charge as much. Review 2: They informed me that they lost my order?? Don't know how that works, but they did give me both a refund and $25 store credit, so I decided to try again. Shipping is still slow and took about a month to reach me, but the product did arrive this time and I'm very happy with it!
