I will never buy from this brand again. Now it makes sense how someone can become so wealthy from swimwear - by ripping people off!! The owner of Mondays multimillion dollar property renovation is underway (so arrogantly bragging all over social media & the news), yet I can’t even exchange a swimsuit at her company without paying more? I meticulously studied the sizing chart, looked at the model sizing photos & opted for a large as a normally wear a size 10-12 AU, thinking I would rather the suit be slightly too large than too small…… To my surprise, the suit was too small in length. I emailed to exchange & was told I’m not entitled to exchange, or refund. I’m expected to not only pay to return the item overseas, but to pay full price for an item that I purchased on sale just so I can swap sizes. It’s 2023, get with the program Monday.

I had a great recent experience with Monday’s customer service team. They were prompt with a full refund after realizing that they were out of stock for a replacement for an item that arrived damaged. All communications were friendly and supportive. I’ve been a big fan of the products for years now, but wasn’t always a fan of their CS (nothing bad - just not great). I’m not sure if they have a new team or refreshed their approach/policies, but whatever it is, it’s working! Will continue to advocate this brand to others in my network. Thanks for the help! I have been eyeing off Monday Swimwear for a while as someone with a larger chest (D Cup). When choosing a size for the one piece I was purchasing, I decided to go with an XL (known as 'voluptuous' on the site). Mind you, I am a size 10-12 normally and usually always wear a 12 in swimwear. Looking at the models wearing the suit, I felt the girl wearing the XL was closest to my size. I received the item today and it is too small. I think this is outrageous for someone who is a size 12 to receive an XL swimsuit that is too small. So disappointing. Perhaps if you were shorter, the sizing would be more accurate. However, being 5'8, a D cup and usually an Aus size 12 and not fitting an XL in this brand seems insane to me. Update: I contacted the brand directly who got back to me very quickly with a considerate and detailed response. I feel they have taken my feedback on board and offered help me find a swimsuit that would fit or assist me with a refund.

I had the same issue as others, with a very strict and misleading T&C for a purchase made during Black Friday sales. Will not let me exchange the swimsuit for the exact same at the same discounted price. Ridiculous for an online swimwear brand not to provide exchanges during one of the biggest sales of the year. Now stuck with an item that does not fit me and I am too worried to use store credit to buy again.

Returns policy is dismal To purchase an item and for it to not fit upon following size instructions on the site the items arrived and did not fit, which I am fine with this happens, However I was only offered a store credit, as I cant exchange for another size already being VV & no refund so now I am left with a sizable store credit, well minus the shipping fee back to the company. With nothing that will fit online I've basically just thrown cash away and Monday benefits from this, they get to resell my returned items and basically keep my store credit.

Won’t let you change to smaller size despite following the size guide on their website (for a bikini top)

I've purchased a couple bikinis and just purchased the leggings - really excited! As someone who's weight has fluctuated a lot over the past few years it's been daunting to try and update my swimsuits/wardrobe and the size inclusivity of Monday's site is AMAZING. I felt confident in their bikinis over my honeymoon. Looking forward to following the brand!

The customer service provided was excellent and reassuring. I was a bit nervous making a purchase from the USA as I wasn’t sure the sizing was going to fit as an international client. I’ve received my order today and the fitting is perfect….its sooo difficult to find decent sizing in Australia for larger cups that doesn’t look like a grandmother swimsuit. The quality is beyond and the cup sizing is perfect. Definitely looking forward to new range.
