As a women I have struggled with the next phase of body changes (menopause) while mentally I think I’m still a smaller size the mirror and fit has stated otherwise! So thank you again, I will now embrace my new voluptuous body! What could’ve been left as a negative situation has now become a positive, I think it’s important for your company to know the impact a small gesture made.

Placed an order and had a email from them to say it had been dispatched on 10th Sept. Really needed items for a specific weekend away by this weekend and despite them telling me the items have been dispatched DHL are saying they haven’t received them. I just want to know where my items are and when they are being delivered. Not very good customer service. Asked who I can escalate it to and no response. So now I haven’t a clue where my order is and when it’s likely to be recieved.

Amazing quality and style!

I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but I had to share my experience with Monday Swimwear. I had an issue with a missing package containing two bathing suits I had ordered for my honeymoon. Monday Swimwear and their entire customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I received a replacement right in time to take with me. They were communicative throughout the entire process and incredibly gracious with me, especially because I was understandably anxious about getting the package in time for my trip. I know it’s “just a bathing suit,” but the level of care and customer service they showed was truly exceptional. They turned what could have been a really frustrating experience into one that actually made me feel valued as a customer. I’m officially a forever client! 🤍

Très mauvaise expérience. Près de 200 € pour une paire de lunettes portée seulement deux fois avant qu’un problème apparaisse. Malgré les photos et mes échanges avec le SAV, Monday Swimwear refuse tout remboursement ou remplacement. À ce niveau de prix, j’attendais une qualité et surtout un service client à la hauteur. Me retrouver avec des lunettes défectueuses après deux utilisations et aucune solution proposée est tout simplement inadmissible. Très déçue. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque.

The return process is infuriating in Australia. So not only do I have to pay $20 but I have to print out the DHL return slip (who owns a printer) then find a DHL drop off (oh wait there isn’t one near the eastern suburbs only 15km in Mascot 30 mins drive away!!) oh arrange a DHL pickup? Website fails and won’t load, impossible tried for 30 mins. Infuriating service

Terrible return experience. My return resulted in approximately $500 in unexpected return fees. Customer support was completely useless. All I kept receiving were generic, AI generated replies that did not address the issue, despite repeatedly asking to speak with a supervisor. For a premium international brand, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A simple return turned into a stressful, expensive, and time-consuming customs nightmare. Based on this experience alone, I would not order from Monday Swimwear again.
