I purchased the split letter for my daughter and husband for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt delivery and the excellent quality of this product. They were extremely impressed with their gift as was I. The quality and service I have received has led me to order three more to display in my real estate office highlighting our initials and name.I can’t wait to receive them as they will definitely be a conversation piece and I am sure will result in more orders from our community in Nova Scotia,Canada. Excellent product and service from this fine company. Sandi Lockhart Owner Royal LePage Truro Real Estate

extremely pleased…
Ordered the smaller circle with the tree and our name through the middle. It was beautifully done and hangs proudly in our home. The workmanship is excellent. We received our order a very timely manner. I would definitely order again through Moments engraved.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered in November for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Received one email in December again guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. After repeated calls and emails finally got order expedited for January 9th delivery. No refund, no apology. I’m no longer a customer.
